Within 14 calendar days after purchase, the customer has the right to return the Product purchased online to the seller without specifying the reason or basis.This rule does not apply to legal entities. In particular, entrepreneurs/legal entities are not allowed to return the goods within 14 calendar days!!!
- If the customer wishes to return the purchased item, they must fill in a special form, which must include the following information: date of purchase, name, surname, number of the purchase document, and reason for return, and send an email to sales@pcshop.ge.
- The seller is obliged to return the amount paid to the customer in full, without delay, no later than 14 calendar days after receiving the notice of termination of the contract.
- In case of rejection of the purchase agreement, the seller has the right to refuse the refund until the customer returns back the goods.
- The defective, pre-sale condition of the item will be confirmed at the moment of the return of the item to the seller by the point of return.
- The item must be transported to the point of return at the customer’s expense. In particular, the customers themselves will reimburse the direct cost related to the return of the item.
- Refunds will be made in the form of the same payment used by the customer, the refund will be made to the account number of the same customer who made the payment unless an additional agreement is reached between the customer and the seller.
- If the item is found to have any kind of Manufacturing Defect, the customer should benefit from the warranty conditions.
- At the moment of return, the customers will be reimbursed in full for the amount paid by themselves for the item.
- The item can be returned only with original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other products originally included with the Product. The customer must also return the accessories, e-vouchers, and/or other items received within the current promotion at the time of purchase, which must be returned or replaced with the original/returnable device. If the mentioned items/vouchers cannot be returned, their value will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed to the customer.
- The terms of return of the products do not apply to the items or service, the price of which does not exceed 30 GEL.
- The customers must return the purchased products after the confirmation of the return form by the company at the return point, at an address convenient for them.

Not subject to return:
- Any product with a missing, damaged, altered, or unreadable serial number label, missing manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label.
- Any product returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other products originally included with the Product.
- Any product that exhibits physical damage.
- Any product which appears tampered with, customized, or altered in any way.
- Not the same Product originally purchased from the website.
- An item made by the customer’s order.
- Activated and rooted operating systems.
- Delivered goods, which were inseparably merged with other goods at the time of delivery;
- Goods, after delivery, of which installation/service was performed by the trader. after the service has been fully performed if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior consent.
- Additional services were provided after delivery (installation, cleaning, software installation…).
- Items in respect of which the operating conditions are not observed.
- An item of the customer which is found to have any kind of physical or technical defect, where the latter has a signature that he has received an externally flawless product.
For Customer attention*
- Examine the items carefully at the time of delivery and confirm by signing the acceptance certificate delivered by the courier that: you received the tested, physically flawless Product.
- Items you want to return are within your responsibility until they reach the seller’s warehouse. You run the risk of damaging or destroying them. Damage caused during the return or delivery of the Product to our warehouse is your responsibility. Please make sure you pack the goods securely to avoid any damage to the products or boxes, as this will affect the cost of the Product and, therefore, our ability to sell the Product. Make sure the original packaging of the Product is intact. Please keep all receipts, postage documents, and numbers as proof of sending the item to the seller.
